POLITEJO opens its new irrigation manufacturing unit in Cartaxo, Lisbon, strengthening its production capacity and commitment to innovative and sustainable solutions. Modern equipment enables the production of efficient irrigation systems, supporting agriculture and economic development.

The Politejo Group recognizes the importance of establishing solid connections with educational institutions to promote professional development and identify promising talent. By participating in the recent Integra 24 event at the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém, we had the opportunity to interact directly with dedicated students. In addition, a collaboration protocol was signed with IPSantarém to establish internship programs and other enriching initiatives. We want to cultivate a mutually beneficial relationship and contribute to the students' professional growth.

The Politejo Day was truly remarkable, celebrated together with all our collaborators from Brazil, Spain, and Portugal. The journey was filled with memorable activities and had the presence of a special guest, making it a unique and enriching moment for the entire team.

Frederica Barros is the administrator of a family business that spans three continents with 10 manufacturing units. Her work at the helm of Politejo in Azambuja embodies the entrepreneurial spirit in the female form, and it is more than just to recognize her dedication with the Businesswoman Award, presented by O MIRANTE, as part of the Company of the Year Award. The distinction, sponsored by Rodoviária do Tejo and represented by Sónia Henriques, was presented this Wednesday, November 22, at the Convent of S. Francisco in Santarém.

On 18/07, the launch of the Sou Politejo Project took place in Brazil.
Our goal is to be an organization where people feel good, give their best, and realize their full potential, thereby contributing to the success of the business.
On the same day of the launch, we had an inspiring workshop about the values of Politejo: Agility and Efficiency, Passion and Courage, Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Team Spirit and Satisfaction, and customer focus.
The workshop promoted a valuable exchange of ideas and learnings between the HR team and team managers.
