Processing method

The Owner shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorised destruction of the Data.
The Owner undertakes to implement appropriate physical, electronic and managerial processes to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access to personal information and to preserve the security of the Data. These processes take into account the sensitivity of the information we collect, process and store and the current state of technology. The Owner follows generally accepted industry standards to protect submitted personal information both during transmission and upon receipt, including the use of electronic vaults and tokenisation services from external service providers. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or from a mobile device or online storage method can be considered 100% secure. Therefore, while the Owner may use commercially accepted means to protect personal information, it cannot, however, guarantee its absolute security and consequent use in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.
The Owner assumes no liability for information that is disclosed as a result of transmission errors, unauthorised access by third parties or other causes beyond its direct control. The User is advised to act responsibly as he/she must also play an important role in protecting his/her information. You should not share your username, password or other information deemed sensitive about your account with anyone. The Owner may process the Personal Data relating to the User if one of the following assumptions applies:

  • Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes; Note: under some legislations the Owner may be permitted to process Personal Data UNTIL the User objects to this action ("opt-out"), without having to rely on consent or any other legal grounds to follow.   • the processing is necessary for the purpose of legitimate interests pursued by the Owner or a third party;
